Follow a healthy balanced diet which includes all the food groups like whole grain cereals, vegetables, fruits, milk and good quality proteins. Walk for atleast thirty minutes every day once you have permission from your doctor. If you can join a prenatal exercise class as this will help you to prepare your body for labor.
