hello.. I am 30 weeks pregnant and going to travel by train after 3 days ... its a 20 hours journey. doctor has prescribed progesterone injection before travel. I have a normal pregancy so far. What is the significance of that injection??

Progesterone is given to help sustain the pregnancy. So since you are going to have a long trip and your body will face duress it's best to follow the doctors advice.
