It happens dear due to lots of concern about your baby's well being and your health too....but you don't have to worry at all as it is normal in such condition(peak time of pregnancy). Do meditation....divert your mind- read books, listen good music, sing a song for your baby, take a small walk in evening time...this all will help u.

It's hormonal changes . Listen to soothing music . Do things that make u happy. Watch some funny movies . If it a reader read nice funny books . It will help lighten ur mood . Also meditation will help;

Dear aisa hota hai pregnancy mein. AP apna mind deviate karo. Acchi books padho, music suno, koi acchi movie dekho. Sab ekdum thek hoga. Bas AP acche se apna dhyan rakho.
