I am 37 week pregnant, still position of baby not changed.
My doctor told me to do duck walk for 15 min 3times in a day
Then only baby will position. If baby doesn't take position till end then normal delivery is possible.
So we have to do c section.

Only the placental maturity is not adequate for delivery right now otherwise baby is already in proper delivery position advising if you want to start the duck walk you can but 15 minutes will be much pressure on you if you try to sleep then it will be hard to bend that's why you can try 5 minutes is more than enough you can try it three to four times but very carefully not at all exertive because important is to understand not to fall down while doing this
