Hello I am 5 weeks pregnant Can I start with some exercise.. Before concieveing I was doing 1 hr Yoga and Zumba alternatively.I don't want to gain much during Pregnancy 😊 TIA

You can consult with your gyn before starting with any exercise.. it's good that you did yoga n Zumba before pregnancy as starting with any new exercise which your body isn't habituated of, isn't good during pregnancy.. you would most probably be suggested to wait till 12 weeks, however you can go for walks and do light exercise like pranayam and breathing exercises, but before starting with anything please check with your gyn, she will be the best person to advise you... And if you remain active throughout the pregnancy, and eat healthy, you won't gain much weight, but at least a gain of 10-12 kgs is normal during pregnancy, it would reduce after delivery, and breastfeeding will help to shed even more.. all the best :)
