hello . I am 7 1/2 month pregnant. I have some breathing problem , please give me advise what should I do.

I too face the same sometimes with heaviness.What I try is some <u>yoga</u> breathing exercises- 1) Deep inhaling and exhaling from nose.<br> 2) Inhaling from nose, exhaling from mouth slowly.<br> 3) Alternate nostril breathing (aloom viloom).<br> Try to be in calm posture,&#160; relax and concentrate on your breathing before trying any of the above exercises.<br> It helped me, give it a try as it don't have any side effects either.<br> Happy Motherhood Ride :)
