Hello, ..I am 7 weeks pregnant,, nd i hade an utrasound baby growth is fine, nd heart beat is also fine but doctor says dat uterus is tight

how come doctor came to know that uterus is tight?? because we dont use such term actually.. better discuss with doctor again about this.. if baby growth and cardiac activity is fine then nothing to worry.. just rest properly.. avoid long standing straining walking in first three months.. thats it..
