Hello i am 8 week pregnant and i am suffering from cold and cough i cant take medicine so i use vicks vapo rub on my chest nd nose... is it safe or not bcz someone says that papermint is not good in pregnancy

Try to take home remedies such as honey and ginger. Cold during pregnancy will go on its own. Drink warm water. Try not to use anything other than home remedies. U will feel better soon. Take rest
