Hello. I am approx 8 weeks pregnant. I feel lot of breathlessness now a days. Kuch na bhi karo tab bhi problem hoti hai aur har samay tired feel hota hai. Kuch khaa b nahi paati thik se. What should I do?

Try doing breathing exercises, deep breathing or pranayama will help . Additionally you can try taking walk I the morning hours and increase your water intake

You can do some pranayama and yoga. Go for some walking exercise . Stay hydrated all times. Take a good rest when you feel so.
