Hello... I am having blood pressure fluctuations everyday. I was told to monitor my bp for seven days 2 readings with a gap of 10-15 min each day. and I found out that everyday my bp if fluctuating between 100-150 mmhg... Ex. I get one reading as 138/85 and the after fifteen min i get 106/78.. Sometimes first reading as 160/90 and then suddenly 135/75. I am confused why this much fluctuations are happening.
