Hello ,I had c section on 23jan.from last 2 ,3 days I am having very hard motion even blood in stool very difficult to pass.what can I do?my baby is on bf...any medicine I can take....

Please speak to your doctor. Also ensure you are having plenty of fluids and high fibre foods. Pay attention to your health
