Hello. I had delivery in april via c section.. when can i start my regular exercise .. i got my periods back last month .. i am on breast feed .. can i go on diet also ??

You should wait for atleast 6 months... Then start with mild first..

Hello, you can start exercise only after 6 months. Eating small and frequent meals during your workouts would help. Dieting means having healthy and balanced food
