hello I want to know that i am preparing for some exams ..For that i need to study n sit for long.In second trimester.Is it safe to study n sit late night.?? Also in my 23rd week i hvnt felt movements yet..I dont know something little happens sensation kind in a hour...but now in 23rd week i should be feeling proper movements..M worried pls guide.

You can go for a regular check up. Consult your gyno if you have too much doubts. Better to study early morning than to be awake at night. Follow as Sonali ma'am have asked you to do. Eat in time, sleep in time.

As your mind is pre occupied with your studies you may ignore the light flutters and flurries. You can sit and study but take frequent breaks every forty five minutes to an hour to stretch walk around and keep yourself well hydrated. Don't rely on tea and coffee to keep yourself awake and focus instead on healthy eating.
