Hello. Iam in 17 week of pregnancy. I have cold since past 3 days and now cough also started. Plz tell me any remedy to cure this...as my stomach pains after coughing. Doctor gave me Cetirizine Tablet 3 dose. Also I have heard cetrizine should be avoided in pregnancy as it may cure your cold (zukham) but then cough will start.

I had carbol plus capsule. My gyne suggested. Break the capsule and keep in hanky and smell it. Specially in night. You will be able to sleep

Pls take steam and have black tea with cinnamon ginger cloves and tulsi leaves with a bit of haldi . Will help with the cold . Hope ur well soon.;

Hey dear if your gyneac have prescribed you cetrizine den take it bcoz she knows your case better but still if you want to avoid medicines n want to try home remedies den take steam of hot water 3 to 4 times in a day gargle with warm water n sea salt at least 3 times in a day n you can apply balm n for cough before you go to sleep take pinch of turmeric powder mixed with warm water and drink it... On that don't eat or drink anything within one or two days your cough will go...
