hello... it's been 1 n half month of my csection delivery.. n my tummy s big...pls do suggest me tips to flatten it..

You will need to wait for about three months to start full fledged abdomen exercises. Till then start with a walking program. A brisk 30-45 minutes walk everyday will help in reducing fats. Additionally ensure that you are eating healthy as well and stay away from foods which contain excessive saturated fats and sugars.
