hello... its been 5months since my c-section.. can i start gym or yoga classes for weight loose..?

yes you can. I have benefited from baba Ramdev yoga after delivery. it's my running life enjoying.

Yes you can start with light exercises. ......Don't start vigorous exercises. still Uterus is weak. But light stretching exercises, Yoga , Morning Walks are fine
