hello, its been 7 months of my c section delivery, but my tummy looks like im 7month pregnent.. but my other body is in shape.. what to do?

You can start with abdomen toning exercises and also add a minimum thirty minutes brisk walk on a daily basis. Make sure you avoid fried and sugary foods.
