hello.. it's my 7week of pregnancy. I m suffering from cold.. can I take milk with turmeric..or is it harmful... n kya mujhe cold hone se baby ko bhi phemonia ho jaega? plz help
Tiya first of all relax. do not get so worked up about such small things. This is just Common Cold and if because of common colds and cough if babies started getting affected then all babies would be born defective. right ? so relax :))
Milk and turmeric is absolutely safe to have. u can also try steam and other home remedies for cure of common cold.
