I am ebf mom to a son who turned one month old yesterday. His birth weight was 3.5 kgs which reduced to 3.3 kg and Now increased to 3.9 kg.
He pees 5 to 6 times a day and poos 6 to 7 times a day. At night he wakes up every 2 hours for feed and sleeps peacefully but in day time he wants to feed maximum time when he is awake and I get rest only when he sleeps.
He needs frequent feeding and the sessions many time becomes long. What I am worried about is sometimes he behaves irritated while taking feed. Pulls my nipples , bangs his hands on my breasts and do a lot of movements.
Does that mean I am not able to produce sufficient milk for him to suck easily ??
My breasts are not engorged and when I try to express with hands I am able to see less milk.
Plz suggest. I am worried. Help me tag a lactation specialist.

Keep feeding- that is the mantra, hydrate urself well, there r periods of growth spurt when baby demands increase.<br>
Breasts r not storage organs, production is a dynamic process. U might feel one breast heavier than the other at times. Empty one side n move to the other.
