Lots of fluids and fine rich foods in the form of fruits veggies and whole grain. Also eat some soaked raisins every day. I am not sure if you have already started the iron pills and if you have then ask your doctor for an alternative option.

dear I am suffering the same.....my Dr suggest me that take two bananas with peel make a long cut with knife add&nbsp; black with the knife in this cut and put 2-3 drops of <u>lemon</u> juice . Now peel it and eat . daily 2 bananas with the same method for digestion. And 2-3 tes spoons of isbgol with warm milk at night. this is the safest method . plz try.

i also have this problm..<br> so i took a warm milk wth munakka...<br> soak munakka in the warm milk..nd before sleeping have that munakka wth milk do evry night in sha Allah its will ease ur prblm..really helpful for me try it..but asked your doctor first its safe to you to take or not

i had the same prob. i eat a lot of bananas and one apple everyday along with lot of water. now its fine. everyone sd apples and other fibre will help but for me bananas did the trick.
