question
Hello ladies,
My baby is on ebf. Recently she has started sleeping 6--7 hrs straight at night. When I wake her up in the morning she is too hungry. When she takes feed she spits up most of it and she got colic pain at nite. Earlier spitting was less but with rains it has increased.
Do I need to wake her up at night and feed her?

Is she too hungry and getting acidity or gas on empty stomach
Please help.

If I were you,i would feed after 4 hours. No need to wake the baby up,just feed..in the morning, since you must be full and flow is too much for her to handle, she spits,so express some milk and then feed. Burp after every feed. Happy feeding👍

Abhilasha I would recommend to dream feed her after 5 hrs because for a 2 month old who is only on ebf sleeping till 7 hrs is bit too long. Try to feed her after 5 hrs, yes when they are too hungry they drink like that, Atarah too does that, she will even cough.
