But my concern is my baby is too restless..so i end up making a mess wid d paste.. It comes all ovr his clothes.. He doesnt stay calm to let d paste dry..

Take little water in a bowl mix heeng in that.. it will be liquidy paste.. with finger rub on Ur baby tummy area near naval.. rest check article shared by Neha
