hello lovely ladies.. I am currently 23 weeks pregnant and looking forward to have a normal delivery. Plz guide me how can i prepare my body for that. What kind of excersises should i start doing and also diet. Thanks a lot.

Your cervix start to dilate during last few weeks of delivery. It has to be dilated from 1mm to 10mm. only then they'll try for normal delivery. In my case, cervix didn't dilated more than 4mm even after waiting for so long, hence they didn't cesarean. Not sure why my cervix didn't dilated beyond 4mm

You can find much pelvic floor workouts on YouTube. Go for walking without fail. Climbing stairs also help for normal delivery. Eat 4 to 5 dates everyday from 35th week as it will keep the cervix very soft which leads to painless and easy delivery. Make sure you have less sugar and salt in your food. Make sure your blood pressure level is correct. Stay calm, stay active and stay positive :)
