hello m 17 week pregnant.. all advise me to eat more but I am not able to eat..My appetite is still low.Infact my diet has decreased instead of increasing.kindly suggest what to do to fullfill the deficiency?

It's a myth that you have to eat for two during pregnancy. After all the baby inside you is barely a few hundred grams at this stage. Eat healthy, eat small but frequent meals. A fist ful of nuts, a spoon ful of seeds, some fruit, a cup of soup, a wrap or a sandwich can all be interesting small snacks but can be loaded with nutrients with just a little planning.

Hi Megha..itz totally not issue.im also suffer the same.its natural...its happens firstly three months..so don worry...eat healthy like fruits, vegetables...b happy n enjoy this phase
