hello ma'am.. I am in 8th week .. as Dr suggestions I have to drink milk with protein powder.. bt jaise hi main peeti hu mujhe vomitt ho jati h... kya protein powder lena jaruri h.. can I have simple milk without any powder...?

You can try to increase protein rich diet. Mother horlicks comes with different flavors that has good taste. U can try that

thanku so much ma'am.... one more question ma'am.. I eat first 2 dates some raisins , an apple and then milk... in the morning at 9 a.m ... is it right first meal for the morning? ya fr mujhe kuch change Krna chahye

You can start with drinking only milk. And in a few days add a small portion. By the time you reach week 16 you will get habituated. The maximum requirement of protein is post week 20 so you will be well in time.
