You must consult your doctor to check for any risks as pregnancy is subjective. Having said that, it is fine to continue Being during pregnancy. Since the child is 15 month old he/she won't be exclusively breastfed. You may want to consider weaning or reducing the no. of feeds. Be cautious of position when breastfeeding, it should not cause discomfort to the expecting mom. monitor the diet & breast milk supply. do not panic as hormones are at play during pregnancy.

She can continue breastfeeding till 9 months or after that also provided there is no complications in her pregnancy. It's called Tandem feeding and many mothers breastfeed both the babies.
