The regular pain killers will not help with back pain. You will need a prescription for the same. Generally in the post partum period back pain is due to incorrect breast feeding postures. For a few days try feeding in the lying down position but make sure you do not fall asleep while feeding. Additionally work at correcting your posture. Add some back strengthening exercises to your daily routine.
