प्रति दिन 2 सब्जियां खाएं, कद्दू, हरी मटर, गाजर, याम आदि जैसी सब्जियां कब्ज से मुक्त होने में मदद करती हैं, फल न भूलें। मल सॉफ़्टनर उपलब्ध हैं लेकिन गर्भावस्था के दौरान दवाओं को न्यूनतम रखना हमेशा बेहतर होता है।
