hello mam mera weight gain Nahi kar raha hai balki mera weight 65 se 63 ho gaya hai Aur hemoglobin bhi 9.2 se 8.3 ho gaya hai. please suggest me
mera hb bhi 8.3 ho Gus rha mujhe iron drip chadi thoi ab mera hb 10.3 hai.so pls consuor it gyne.and take iron rich food .

apni doctor se bat kare. unhe kahe ki apko diet batay. apni calcium and irom tablet khaatr rahe
