My wife is 8 weeks pregnant, and from past 3 to 4 days she is suffering from severe pain in the stomach in both the sides(lest and right, just below the chest) frequently 5 to 6 times in a day, please clear what could be the reason for that?

stomach pains or cramps are common in pregnancy and usually nothing to worry about. Mild stomach pain in early pregnancy (during the first 12 weeks) is usually caused by your womb expanding, the ligaments stretching as your bump grows.
But if it’s severe pain more than a menstural pain, it’s advisable to visit your gyneac at the earliest
