Hello mam...i m vary worried for my son....age is 3.7 years...he can read short english sentences ...he can talk normaly...but by the time now jab v woh bolta hai to atk atk ke bokta haii...jab bolna sikha tha to tab yeh atk atk ke bolna nehi tha aab ho raha hai..we r bengali family...ex when hw trying to speak a word like 53 fifty three he speak like fif bolne ke lie jo muh ka attitude hota hai woh karta hai magar fatafat bol nehi pata...muh se hawa niklti hai fir bolta hai fifty three....main bohat pereshan hu...kay yeh speech deley or other prblm hai...kyu ho raha hai yehhh
