Hey even <u>i</u> had same problem with my right breast.par regular feed karke it will come back to normal. As baby will pull it out by sucking. So u cn feed directly. I had used nipple sheild for 2 weeks as it was very painful for me earlier but i stopped as soon as possible warna baby ko aadat pad jaati hai uski.

so u can try dear by directly breast feeding
