Hello momies

Just suddenly i started feeling pain in my right breast n my nipple is also sour. I feel a hard rock kinda knot in my breast .. then my baby is also getting cranky when i feed him from there.. suddenly because of unbearable pain i switched my breast from right to left for feeding… n realised that baby is fine n having milk properly.. Now i fugured out that my milk ducts may b blocked or its release less milk thats why ghat knot is not going n m feeling hell of a pain.. kindly suggest wat should i do…
