hey priyanka, me too got same report in my 30 week scan. Doctor told me not to worry as baby can still change its position. m 32 weeks now. i am doing kegels, butterfly exercise and walking to help baby come down.

30 min. Walk daily for baby's head down position

baby's position depends on the size of baby, uterus etc etc factors... isme gussa hone ki kya zarurat he.. its not your fault right.. please aap ye baat samjayiye.. and baby apne aap position change karega.. uske liye koi medicine or routine nhi hoti he..
