Walking is a better option for u now...., also sit cross legged.

from legs u can do butterfly exercise also it also help in normal delivery.

Continue previous exercises if u r doing. Walking, kegels, semi squats can be done. Learn and practice some breathing techniques and birthing positions to cope up with the normal delivery. All the best
