Hello mommies & experts...I; had lot of vaginal cramps n it was unbearable sometimes..so I rushed to to the hospital Dr. Checked n said baby bahot niche hai n still one month i hv to complete...so niche stiches liye hai..n m on complete Bed rest for few days..so plz tell advice me how should I take care nw?? Now my baby will be okay na till my EDD...??

Drink more water and keep yourself hydrated.. stick on to complete bed rest for one month.. a big no to any sort of physical exertions.. never supress your urge for pee or poo, do it soon after you feel full.. dont sustain for long time.. foot end elevation is must 24×7

Take bed rest as much as possible and try to eat good protine foods and let baby be healthy Nd don't forget doc advice u will be k..

Take complete rest... while lying keep pillows under your feet so they are slightly higher.. this was suggested by my doc to me... all will be fine.. don’t worry
