Hello Mommies, can any of you recommend some tried and tested tips to control post pregnancy hairloss? I'm losing hair at an alarming rate and it's really upsetting 😥

My hair was also thin, I started doing oiling with giving extra protein to my hair through my diet and shampoo. I’m using The Moms Co protein shampoo and conditioner with hair oil. Methi seeds and curry leaves....Soak them in coconut oil for few days and use... It's tried and tested remedy.

Dear first take good diet.. apply warm oil and massage well through roots...like coconut oil and then..take a towel dipped in hot water and tie around your hair for say half an hour..the oil will seep in..also wash hair with natural shampoo..I find jovees shampoo very good..there is also medicine which one can take by <u>doctors</u> recommation and sometimes lacking in vitamins..minerals and anaemia causes this kind of hair loss..so take some multivitamins with doctors suggestion
