I m consulting in Kamlesh child care Nerul, I have been bringing him here since he was born. Since yesterday he have fever, it goes till 102 n then after medication comes down it been happening since yesterday afternoon, doctor said it is viral it will go in 2-3 days plus he have cold n cough. He is not able to sleep due to cough. I m worried
