I have been into workouts much before my pregnancy. And thankfully. I have. Been able to continue my workouts. Till now just a month bck I had to take. A break for 2 weeks due to my. Sciatica Nerve pain.. I guess that's my only problem during pregnancy till now..
Thankfully no nausea

But I m looking for an extremely good one where I can learn & connect wid lot of young mom's
