Hello Mommies.... I m 8 week pregnant and I m very confused about what to eat and what not to eat... I drink coconut water and 2 glass of lemon water on daily basis and also eat one bowl of pomegranate but I don't know if this is sufficient. Also I don't feel like eating anything due to nausea so most of the time in the afternoon i avoid food... super confused, please help. and also how much lemon water one should have on a daily basis??

hey dear jyoti pls plz don't avoid or skip food , as u may not feel hungry but the baby does , he/she feel hungry , have meals after every 2 hours eat less no problem I do the same , u can eat fruits or any lite balanced snacks like oats n honey muffin,or a cupcake&#8203; dear. but don't avoid meals jyoti. do talk to ur practicioner she will definitely guide you. ok take care , bless you.<font color ="#3b5998"><b> @6373d9454d2bbd00151fb097 </b></font><font color ="#3b5998"><b></b></font>

you can have coconut water and lemon water. they are good. it is necessary to keep your body hydrated during pregnancy. take lots of fruits and veggies. avoid certain fruits which your doctor suggest you. also dont skip any meal. try to eat little.

dont have lemon water empty stomach. try to have a balanced diet. try variety of juices except for pineapple and papaya u can take any fruit in moderation. nausea will fade away with time. so its necessary you keep yourself hydrated. dont be empty stomach for long. try munching something or the other.&nbsp; this too shall <u>pass</u>
