Hello mommies.. I m feeling very tired.. Its like i feel its too strenuous to lift my hands and legs.. I hVe only 2 more months to start my office life again.. Is there anyway to regain my energy level back.. Like how i was before my pregnancy. I m doing yoga and a slow walk as well.

hey dear, you should take care of yourself first... its ok to be a little selfish after delivery, or health will deteriorate quickly after menopause...

Yes sheeba.. I was cooking for the family till the last date during pregnancy.. I was very tired after delivery . I took rest for 2 months and i started cooking and taking care of my family.. But sometimes when i just lay in the bed i feel i am totally drained out.. Realized that i am not taking enough rest and water.. Will try balancing it

Hi Sangeetha, exclusive breastfeeding does require a lot of energy... I always used to say, till day before delivery, I had so much energy that I could run if I wanted( I had to literally remind myself that I was pregnant!), but after delivery till almost 5-6 months I felt so drained that I could not do anything, inspite of fluid intake and healthy diet... Now I feel my old self again... So maybe thats your case too... But you should drink atleast 3 ltrs of water, and follow a good diet.... take care dear...
