Hello mommies! I read in a few places not to introduce the round Walker to the little one but I fail to understand why. Can anybody here help me with this? TIA

If a 7 or 8 mo can take 10 steps without support, with walker they take 20 steps which is not right for their month.

Walker is banned in many countries, walker gives them more access to roam with the tiny developing legs which is not good, and yes unnecessary pressure on pelvic area. But it's easy for the mother because bBy is busy walking but need to think about bBy.

My paediatrician said that it puts unnecessary pressure on the baby. Let him walk on his own.

Walker is not good for baby as it put unnecessary pressure on babies leg muscle and hinder in babies eye and leg coordination and lead to delay in walk. So let him learn by his own

No. In fact, studies have shown that;babieswho use a;walker;may actually learn to walk about a month later than those who;don't. ... The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends against using;walkers not;only because they can discourage your;child;from learning to walk on his own, but also because they can be dangerous
