Hi. Small bites and semi solids are fine at this stage. Ensure you keep a watch on baby while baby is enjoying his meal.

make sure the food is mashed very properly . also give small bites at first until ur baby gets used to the idea of having solids . give a bit of water in between bites to help the gulping of food .
