Sleep on left..or second best is right..
Baby is comfortable even if kicking thr..dont worry...
Sleeping on back is no no now..
sleeping on back puts pressure and can leading breathing difficulty and less oxygen to baby

Ashu , yes left the better but one cannot sleep in left alone. It's no harm in changing sides now and then. I did the same but in day time when I simply lie down to read a book or rest I do it in my left. I had a hazzle free pregnancy. . So don't worry about sides.

Generally after 26weeks, it is recommended to sleep at left side so that baby can get proper blood supply. When we sleep on back, due to uterus weight sometimes some nerve of umbilical cord may get suppressed which may lead to lesser blood supply. Try to sleep with pillows between ur legs.
