I have never given ghutti to my kids.. I prefer finger food to heal the teething pahse. For fever paracetamol is the best. If this persist than see a doctor.
For diaper rash, please give diaper free time and use Mothersparsh water based wipes before applying cream or coconut oil.

Diaper rashes do occur in few babies while teething. Apply rash cream every time you change the diaper, or can use coconut oil too also give diaper free time for the baby to get some fresh air.
Teething pain can be reduced by giving a massage gently on the gums with a neat cotton cloth dipped in warm water
Also use a teether to help baby chew so that it soothes the baby's pain.
Try giving finger foods or frozen carrots, peas to chew to soothe the pain.if fever is above 101f please meet the doctor.
If vomiting is beyond control visit doctor.
Do not give gripe water that's not gonna help

Hi mommy
the babies try to soothe their tickling gums or the uneasiness on their gums by biting or chewing on the objects that they find around them which paves way for the bacteria present around them to enter their systems. As a result, babies suffer from loose stools or stomach infections. Also, a few of the doctors say that a low grade fever is possible. But anything above 101 degree Fahrenheit should not be neglected thinking that it could be a symptom of teething. Make sure you consult your child's pediatrician on the same. ; Few quick symptoms of teething Drooling
Irritability
Sleep disturbances
Chewing, sucking or trying to bite everything around them.
Food rejections
Pulling of ears and rubbing the cheeks and chin.
Few babies have diaper rashes during the teething process.
Low grade fever below 101 degree Fahrenheit.
