My baby is 1 month 3 wks . He recieved his 6 wk vaccines on 15 march...he's been suffering from diarrhea since 19th. .ie 5 days. He's exclusively breastfed. Dr says it'll get better..they've only given him sporlac. .A probiotic. ..worried. .what to do

Don't worry and go by doctor's advise. and continue to breastfeed as it's the best for ur baby and will sooth him
