Hope u all r doing well...

Just wanted to ask a question..that now a days..my 3 months baby boy is putting his hands in his mouth.. everytime he wants to lick his hands.... Or whatever things which he can put in his mouth..I don't understand what to do.. earlier I was making him wear mittens..but after seeing this I have cut his nails so that I can remove mittens..I'm really scared if he vl catch infection then...??

Please help me guys..should I consult pediatrician..?;
