Hi Sameena! For 14 months there are plenty to choose from. Classic story books such as Eric Carle (the famous one bring 'The Hungry Caterpillar ') Now that baby can see and understand better you can also opt for big picture books for first words. My practice would be to take baby to the bearby book store and both look for interesting reads. Big picture and hard cover books last longer. Other favorites are brown bear, Goodnight Moon.
