What we eat should be in proper quantity and quality and if we eat in proper time then the food gives all benefits which every food has
So what to eat, how much to eat and when to eat?? These all questions roum around in our mind every time
So here is the answer...
As I am a foodie I can't do any kind of diet but still I have to stay fit as my profession is like that where people first see me before joining my yoga class and being a breastfeeding mom I can't do diet...
So check this diet plan I am sure it will help you all... Without sacrificing your hunger....
Morning: 1glass hot water with half lemon n 1/4th tsp honey After 20 mins
1 cup tea or coffee with 2 biscuits ( marie biscuits for diabetes patients) After Yoga
1 bowl sprouts or 1 bowl soya chunks or 1 boiled egg or 1 bowl oats + 1glass milk or fresh fruit juice ( avoid banana, apple, grapes, mango, papaya, pineapple in case of diabetes) Afternoon: 2 chapati or bhakri, or 3 phulke,
2 types of vegetables (1 leafy vegetable compulsory)
1 bowl daal, 1 bowl of rice, 1 bowl salad, 1 cup curds
+ 1 glass buttermilk without cream Evening : 1cup tea or coffee with 2 biscuits (marie biscuits for diabetes patients)
Or 1 big bowl fruits Night: 1 chapati or bhakri, or 2 phulke
2 types of vegetables (1 leafy vegetable compulsory)
1 bowl daal, 1 bowl salad, 1 cup curds
OR - 1 big bowl vegetable soup+1 big bowl salad
OR - 1 big bowl fresh fruits Avoid cream, butter, cheese, rice, buffalo ghee, jwari bhakri ( occasionally) sweets in diabetes patients... Approx meal timings
