Yoga; In yoga you will concentrate on breathing and your mind and body will get relaxed when you goes into deep...

Poweryoga: In poweryoga there will not be time to concentrate on breathing or to think about your mind and body.. because it is a chain of asanas where you go on doing the exercises in one flow...
It is true that poweryoga burns more calories compared to normal yoga

For ex: yoga can burn approx 198 calories per day where poweryoga can burn approx 570 calories per day..

But there are some restrictions to perform poweryoga

1. It is not allowed to high blood pressure patients.

2. It is not allowed to people who are suffering from severe back pain, knee pain, major injuries, major operations, or slip disk patients.

3. Not allowed to spondylitis patients.

4.Not allowed during pregnancy...

But yoga is allowed to everyone from young age to old age people

1. For young age : It increases immunity, concentration, flexibility..

2. In children increases height, reduces hyper activeness,

3. Helps to normal labour for pregnant ladies..

4.Increases mental stability, corrects body posture, lungs capacity increases, cures stomach related problems, strengthens bones, increases mental peace, cures insomnia, complete relief from migraine, thyroid, pcod and asthma...
So mommies do more and more yoga for your mental and physical health.... #liveloveyoga
